Our Story
Upscale Appliances was founded right here in Southern Alberta by a technician who brought something most repair services simply can't match — a lifetime of precision technical training across some of the most demanding fields in the world.
Our owner's career began as a telephone technician, followed by service as a rocket launcher mechanic in the German Army, then avionics work for Lufthansa — where tolerances are measured in fractions of a millimetre and there is no margin for error. That discipline and attention to detail carried forward when he earned his journeyman ticket in appliance repair in 1986.
That's over 40 years of hands-on technical expertise walking through your door. By earning factory authorization from Samsung, Bosch, Dacor, and Thermador, we built a service built on manufacturer training — so when we work on your appliance, we do it the way it was designed to be serviced.
Today, we serve the full corridor from Taber to Crowsnest Pass, bringing the same level of care and precision to every home we visit — whether it's a single-family home in Lethbridge or a property anywhere across Southern Alberta.
