Once we know the make, model, and issue, we do our homework before arriving. That means fewer return visits and faster repairs.

Modern appliances are computers. Sometimes the fix isn't a part — it's a firmware or software update. Yes, technology! We handle that too.

We provide extended warranty service for select providers — and if your manufacturer can't find a local technician in Southern Alberta, we're here.
No Authorized Provider in Your Area?
Some manufacturers do not have an authorized service provider in your region. In those cases, you can hire us to perform the repair — then submit our invoice directly to the manufacturer for reimbursement under your warranty.

- Get pre-approval and ask what documentation they require
- We perform the repair and provide a detailed invoice
- You submit the invoice to the manufacturer for reimbursement
