Why does my washing machine smell?
We found that people use a little too much soap in their machines and that often the water temperature is not sufficiently hot. Cold water washes can't dissolve the residue and the residue accumulates. This attracts and feeds bacteria. Regular hot water washes and smaller amounts of soap help with this issue.
Funny hammering noises in your fridge?
When you draw water and you hear a hammering noise and the water flow is impaired then you most likely require a service call to replace the base that your filter is attached to.
Are you coming out to the Crowsnest Pass?
Yes, we are doing weekly and bi-weekly service trips to the Crowsnest Pass, Pincher Creek, and surrounding area as required.
What do you charge?
There is a service fee that covers most residential calls in Lethbridge and Coaldale. For longer trips a flat fee will cover both the repair as well as the trip. Please ask for details.
Can I buy parts from you?
Sorry, at this time our inventory is reserved for truck use. Most of our parts are shipped overnight specifically supporting our in-home customers.
How long does it typically take
Typically we can provide service within 48 hours. In many cases we resolve issues on a first visit. Sometimes it may take longer than 24 hours to obtain the necessary parts.
